Antigament era un terme essencialment agrícola i ramader, avui dia té encara aquesta característica a la part de Viladrover i un petit sector de el Brull, però la dinàmica moderna es decanta més a esdevenir lloc residencial i d"atracció turística i per això compta amb cases de turisme rural, llocs de repòs o d"esports entorn de el Camp de Golf, que s"estén per l"antiga gran finca de l"Estanyol, una antiga casa pairal i senyorial de el Brull. foto: http://www.elbrull.cat/
