Positioned in the plaza of saint Matthew, departs more high of the monumental city |cacereña|, rises the palace of the storks.It knows one another for that name for the great number of storks that in it nested. It was constructed in the XV century for four-o'clock of laying eggs on a part of the ancient Almohad king's palace. The facade is composite for a plain round arch with voussoirs on the one which there is a window and two shields of the laying eggs -Mogollón. to the patrons, in the ground floor, we find two mullioned windows with pointed horseshoe arches.
